Tami (Tama 07-634a)

Profile

Tama arrived last night from southern MN. She had a long ride. She is from a back yard breeder. So she has had many puppies. She is very pretty. So far Tama has not had any accidents in the house, which is pretty good considering she has never been in one before. She seems to have a pretty mellow temperment. We have two cats that she is very afraid of. She tries to stay away from them as much as possible. I don't think she can figure out what they are. She does know what a rabbit is. On our walk this morning she tried her best to escape the Gentle Leader to chase one. She did pretty good with the Gentle Leader on for the first time. She looked at our dog for guidance in how to get out of it and Lewie just looked at her like, "You'll get used to it." She does not like the crate. Once she is in she does fine but getting her in is a chore in itself. We have an appointment for the vet next Monday. I will keep you updated on her as we get to know her better.

Tama went to the vet today. She was sooo good. She was microchipped, updated on immunizations, blood drawn to get ready for her spay. She is in good condition and healthy. Tama will be spayed on the 26th. She is such a sweet dog. She has free roam of the house at night and during the day while I am at work. My grandsons (4 & 6) came last weekend and she was very good with them. She is definitely a Velcro dog and loves affection. Tama has never been swimming or in a lake before she came here, but her instincts kicked in and she loves the lake (brrrrrr). She will be ready to go to her forever home after she is spayed. If you think she will fit well in your home and would like to come visit her, contact RAGOM.
