Hi everyone!  My name is Abby.  I am a very sweet 4 year old female ~75 lb.  purebred golden retriever (note the big brown eyes- they are my best feature!!). I am perfectly housetrained, have had obedience training, but pull on the leash a bit - foster mom is working with this gentle leader and I don't pull anymore (much).  I am very polite and will wait to ask to be asked up on furniture or the bed, and will sleep either in my crate or on the bed with you.  I like to play with tennis balls and other toys and am having a blast playing with my younger foster brothers.  I also like to snuggle up to older foster brother on his bed - we share nicely.  I don't particularly like to ride in the car - I just lay down and then I am fine.  I am used to being kenneled during the day at my first home, but here at my foster house I get the run of the place with my brothers and haven't had any trouble.  I eat a special prescription diet and take daily medications for my allergies - I am working on getting my coat beautiful again.  I don't mind my weekly baths and stand nicely in the shower.  I have lived with fences all my life,  and have always had another dog to live with.  I am doing great with foster cat too - she let me know she rules the house.  I love any and all attention - can't get enough.  I grew up with older human kids and missed having siblings (human and K9) around.
