April entered foster care in May, as a relinquished breeder. Like so many dogs from a breeding background, she was very fearful of many things. The resident dogs have been very useful in April’s adaptation to the world.

And surprise on June 11th, April became a mother once again! She knew what she was doing and foster mom was only standby emotional support. April was busy for many weeks and finally, the pups were all adopted. She was so funny as she looked cautiously around the corner for a rambunctious puppy!

Now April plays tag with the dogs. It has been heartwarming to watch her run in the wind or enjoy a roll in the crisp leaves or white snow!
