4/2/06: Austin is an 8 month old Golden Retriever mix. He is such a neat boy. Austin has a great personality as his tail never stops wagging. Austin is housebroken, good with kids, dogs and cats. He came from a shelter where he was neutered last week and was brought UTD on most of his vaccinations. We will need to get him in for a heartworm and fecal check and also add the Bordatella vaccination.

I am not sure what Austin is mixed with, but he has the thickest coat. It is very wooly with some wavy hair all around. He has double dewclaws on both back feet. He could stand a good bath, but can't have a full bath yet because of his neuter, so we will have to do some spot washing.

This young boy is a real find and will steal your heart away the moment you meet him. We will send in more information as we get to know Austin better. I will also get some better photos taken. With all the rain today, we took some inside which isn't always the best, but you can see what a cutie Austin is!
