Bosco is a 6 year old male dark red golden. He weighed 49 pounds at the vet, he needs to gain about 5 pounds. He is now up to date and neutered. He actually has only been at my house for a few hours. He arrived on Wednesday evening and had a bath. The next morning we went to the vet.  They gave him his shots as he needed everything, took blood for a heartworm test and found that they had an opening to neuter him the next morning....so he stayed. His fecal and heartworm test came back negative for any parasites. He was neutered Friday morning and I picked him up this afternoon.

I won't even be looking at applications until next weekend, so be patient and don't send in any requests to meet him. He was an owner surrender and they will be watching the website so I wanted to get an initial update posted. He's fine. More to come as we get to know him.
