Bonobo 10-360

Profile

Hello RAGOM!

My name is Bonobo, me and my litter mates were born on October 18th 2010 which makes me just under 7 weeks old. My mom was a Golden Retriever and my dad is unknown. I am a sweet little boy, who hoots and howls much like my namesake when needing to be loved. I have a lot of fun with my litter mates and you will often find I am on the top of any wrestling match. I would love to find a forever home, but will need to stick around my litter mates for a little bit longer.

Foster dad took me to the vet and I have been de-wormed and had my first injections. I am scheduled to be neutered on 12/9/2010, and I can go home to my forever family on 12/13/2010. So if you are ready to have a some Bonobo smiles in your home for Christmas please contact your placement advisor. Although I cannot leave my litter until 12/13 my foster home is ready to meet applicants.

Bear’s Happy Ending Story
(formerly known as Bonobo)

We have truly been blessed to have adopted Bear into our family. He acclimated and was a part of our daily lives almost instantly, and it has been so fun to see him grow and develop his personality! Bear is now two years old and he LOVES many things:

  • Playing fetch: Bear loves the ball, his favorite game by far is playing fetch whether just at home or going up to the park and sprinting for the ball
  • Having play dates with his best bud, Jasmine: Grandma and Grandpa have a 7-year old golden retriever whom Bear met when he was just a pup at 4 months old. Needless to say, since their first play date, they have been inseparable and they play at least 3 times a week
  • Going for runs with Mom: every morning, Bear wakes up and goes for a run with Mom, and man does he keep me in shape!
  • Going for walks: Bear has a lot of energy and loves going for walk with mom and dad even after he went for a run in the morning
  • Swimming: My parents have a cabin on the lake, and Bear swims all day and night when he can, he loves going on the boat too!
  • Sleeping with Mom and Dad or cuddling on the couch: Once Bear runs out of energy, he is a snuggle bear and loves sleeping with us in our bed
  • Wrestling with Dad: Bear and dad have wrestle matches, he loves playing with Dad and showing him his new moves!

We are so thankful to the wonderful foster family who took care of Bear when he was a young puppy, he was socialized with other dogs and kids, well-behaved and such a quick learner! He truly is our whole world and we love him so much!

Bear’s forever family,
Andrew and Amanda
