6/16/06: Buddy is a riot! He is still definitely a puppy, and we like to play, play, play! Buddy has not shown any signs of needing to be the dominant dog with any of my dogs, and has been very easy to integrate in my household of 3 dogs. He is well behaved and learns quickly, but sometimes forgets quickly too, like any baby! He really likes treats and will do anything for those yummy things that are hidden in my pocket! Buddy will start attending the obedience and retrieving class that I teach next week and we will report on how that goes!

Buddy came in current on his rabies and dhlpp vaccinations. I updated him on the bordetella, and his neuter is scheduled for next week. He will be microchipped as soon as I get the chip in the mail. He has had no accidents in his kennel since I got him, and does not destroy any toys or bedding. He does like to carry around soft squeaky toys with him, those are pretty cool! I think Buddy will do very well in a family that has time to take him to obedience school and just continue to work on good manners at home. Might not be best placed with small children as he is energetic, but he would love to have a family that would like to throw a ball for him, then let him watch tv with them!
