Hi everyone, my name is Carter and I came to RAGOM from OK on Thursday night. Sunday night I finally found a good foster home.  Boy, is it nice to get out of those kennels and be able to run around the yard and sniff all the good smells.  

Carter is a very sweet high energy puppy still, he is currently up to date on all of his shots.  He is micro chipped already and recently got neutered.  He seems to have lost some hair recently but it is all growing back nicely.  He has red golden hair and weights approx.  65 lbs.  He also has a very cute bifurcated nose.

Carter was found as a stray in OK, but after having him for just a day, it seems as though someone gave him the time of day to train him.  He knows sit, stay, and come fairly well but gets sidetracked when others are around.  He really enjoys giving big sloppy kisses.  Carter seems to do fine with the kennel, rides well in the car and likes the windows open, and seems to be okay with other dogs.  He does like to jump on people right now and pulls a lot on the leash but time will help with that.  I will keep everyone updated on how Carter is adapting and if there is anyone interested please contact your placement advisor.
