Cassie arrived at her new foster home three days ago and we have been taking our time getting to know her.  She is a young 7 year old PB and is a  beautiful medium gold in color with lots of gorgeous curls and feathering.  She is a mild-mannered gal who is fully housebroken and well behaved.  She loves to walk and is doing great on the gentle leader.  She gets along great with resident Ragom golden, Maren who is 5 and shih tzu Yosi who is 10, as well as our four Ragdoll cats. Cassie loves to take toys out of our large toy basket and spread them out all over as well as look out the window.  She has visited our cabin which is being rehabilitated after the flood and did well there, too. Cassie went to vet today and weighs a great 63 pounds and was in good health except for a mild ear infection.  She will return in a day or so with a stool sample and to get microchipped.  She has already been spayed and is up to date on shots and heartworm/frontline.

Cassie's original owners were experiencing health issues and made the wonderful decision to relinquish her to Ragom where they knew she would get great care and the perfect home would be found for her.  We thank them for that.  It is obvious she was very well cared for as she came with records and her favorite things.
