Maize has grown into a beautiful, 27-pound Golden at 5 months old. She is now happily in her forever home with the S family, who has renamed her CeCe!
In her first 24 hours, she is adjusting well to her human family of four. She will be enjoying cabin life with the family in the summers!

Here is Maize, a typical puppy either going all out or fast asleep! I would say she has medium to high energy. She loves to play with a ball and to chew on ropes, a teddy bear, or bully sticks.
She was born on September 8, 2019. She weighs about 17 pounds currently. She is teething and is about 90% house trained.
Maize has not been tested with children, but small children may not like her excitement and teething. She has also not been tested with cats, but most puppies can learn to respect cats.
She likes people and other dogs. She enjoys a fenced-in yard, but a physical fence is not required as long as her yard time is supervised and there is a strong plan to keep her safe.
