Wow! Charlee has found her forever home and it was a match made in heaven! Charlee will have a stay-at-home mom and a dad to fill her senior years with love and happiness. She will enjoy her naps, walks, and neck scratches with company all day—her favorites!
She will even have three Golden Retriever cousins to hang out with on trips to the family cabin. Her new family is lucky to have this loving, gentle soul in their lives. Way to go Charlee!

Welcome Charlee to RAGOM! Charlee is a 14 year old Goldendoodle who grew up with one other dog in her home. She has a very sweet and gentle personality. She has been in foster care for just over a week now and is settling in nicely.
Charlee wakes up with a big stretch, a wagging tail and makes her way to the door to go outside. She takes a very quick potty break and comes right back in ready for breakfast. With a little broth to soften her food, she eats well twice a day and likes to sip from the water bowl several times a day.
Charlee says not to let her age fool you! She may have slowed down some over the years but still loves to have fun!
Her favorite activity is going on walks twice a day. When asked if she wants to go for a walk, Charlee breaks into a “happy dance” that is very endearing! She waits nicely to be leashed and then prances elegantly for several blocks at an easy pace. She does not pull and is not bothered by other dogs or people.
She also loves to go on car rides and is an excellent napper at your feet or by your side!
Charlee received a clean bill of health at her vet visit! She has a mild heart murmur, some fatty lumps and cysts on her body, but nothing of concern at this time! She is not on any medication.
Charlee does experience anxiety when left alone. She will start to shake and want to go along, but does not cry, bark or exhibit any destructive behavior. I have left her for two hours at a time with free roam and upon my return, she was waiting quietly by the door. Good girl!
If you have a quieter home and are home most of the time, Charlee is a fabulous companion. She deserves all the food, treats, neck scratches and love you can give as she lives out her Golden years! She will bring joy and love along with her gentle personality!
