Codee is a "wait list" dog - and well worth the wait.  Codee is almost 1 1/2 years old, 60 lbs, neutered and now up to date on his vaccines.  Codee is a beautiful house trained boy who has had run of the house for the 3 days we have had him, with no problems.  He will bark if someone comes to the house but otherwise no "unnecessary" barking.  So far he has not been destructive, loves attention, and loves to play with his fur friends. He has been kennel trained but definitely prefers to be with you and his buddies. Codee lived with 3 kids in his prior home and reportedly did well with them; he also lived with cats, but I have learned he will chase outdoor cats.  Codee is so lovable and easy to bond with - his new family will be very lucky.  What Codee needs is a fenced yard - he has a good nose and will chase the wildlife and likes to run around and chase balls.  He is used to having a fur friend in his home and another dog would be ideal if he will be left alone while you work. More to come as we get to know Codee.

Hi,

Cody here writing his first update. Notice I have a new name. Actually to me it sounds the same, but my family likes this spelling better and I don't really care. Can't believe it's been almost two months that I found my forever home. Life is pretty cool here. My fur-butt sister Ruby (12-416) is awesome! She is always ready to play with me, and she also shares my love for sticks. We have a lot of fun together!
