Cooper was a very well behaved guy during the Thanksgiving holiday. He has been such a sweet guy since we got him as a foster. He loves to be outside in the front yard running and playing with the other dogs. He loves to play fetch, but he has heavy competition for retrieving the tennis balls. Once in awhile he gets lucky and gets to the ball before the other dogs. Tonight he was playing tug with our Chocolate Lab, Hercules, and was being dragged across the living room floor on his back by the rope bone. It was so funny!
Cooper is well adjusted and ready to go to his forever home. He would probably be happiest in a home with another dog to play with. Playing is very high on Cooper's list of priorities! Cooper is still losing weight, but we haven't been back to the vet to see how much weight he has lost. We have him on Wobenzym N for the inflamation in his back right foot and he has not limped since we started him on it. I have several of my own dogs on it and it has worked well on each of them. I'm sure that Cooper would be able to take regular walks with any family that adopts him. If you are interested in meeting this sweet guy, please email placement
