11/8/05: Cupid Elizabeth moved in on Saturday. She is a purebred Golden and is almost 3 years old. She was an outside dog prior to becoming a RAGOM dog. She quickly decided inside is the place to be and she loves to snuggle! She got a clean bill of health yesterday at the vet, except for massive ear infections. We are still waiting for the results of the heartworm test. Cupid Elizabeth is on the smaller side and weighs 64 pounds. She has had little or no training but is quickly learning. She already knows sit and down as long as a treat is involved. We are working on housetraining and she is doing quite well ? only one accident so far. She pulls terribly on the leash so we are trying to get her accustomed to the Gentle Leader. Of course, she hates it as most dogs do at first. We?ll keep trying! She is a great dog and easy to fall in love with (I guess she was appropriately named!).
