Practically Perfect in every way...   that is Doodle.   We call him "The Dude" however, since he is so much cooler than Doodle....
 
He is 4 years old, 69 lbs (very tall), is good with kids, good with dogs, is house broken, crate trained, LOVES people, is pretty good on a leash (although I suggest a gentle leader), MOSTLY sits for greetings (he gets pretty excited to meet EVERYONE), he was recently groomed, does not shed like a regular Golden, and has a very cute Golden personality. The Dude abides!
 
The Dude's only issue is allergies (have you ever met a Golden with no allergies?).  We are changing his food to a hypo allergenic food, treating his itchy spots, washing his ears regularly, and I have started him on Benedryl.   The poor guy is just itchy- and that needs to get under control.
 
We had the Dude groomed at PetSmart the other day and the ladies that groomed him said that he was THE NICEST GOLDEN DOODLE they ever met, and apparently that was saying something since they said ALL Doodles are pretty darned nice.
