Doug has come a long way from a shut down, scared dog to a happy-tail-wagging-and-can't-wait-to-meet-you pup. He is going to be able to live out his golden years with a loving family and a fellow RAGOM dog. He will brighten anyone's day.

Doug has gotten so much more comfortable with his day-to-day routine. He gets along splendidly with my resident dog, eats regularly, and loves to sleep on the couch to keep an eye on things. He has also learned that sleeping in my bed is the best.
Doug has not had an incident in the home after healing from his neuter. He will go outside to do his thing and be happy to run right back inside with no effort.

Doug has really turned a corner. He loves going outside and has started to play with the resident dog.
Doug has become far less scared of the little things and while he still can get spooked by loud noises, he will get over it really quickly. He will chase a ball, but doesn’t quite know what do with it next.
I have had luck teaching him how to sit, and we’re working on laying down (may take a little longer). Doug will still need a confident resident dog and a physical fence. I have not tested him with cats, but I believe he would have few issues as he shows no aggression to anything.

Doug is looking for his forever home. He has come a long way since he's been with me and is not anywhere as scared as he used to be. Doug spends most of his day on the couch keeping an eye on me. He comes inside when you open the door, eats with no guarding, loves his scratches and to follow you around the house, and can't wait to meet new people and dogs. He is starting to show his two-year-old self.

Doug was surrendered to RAGOM by a commerical breeder. He is up to date on all his vaccinations and will get neutered soon.
Doug has been with me for about a month. When he first arrived, he was very scared and unsure of himself, but over the weeks that followed, he has become much more sure of himself and will now venture out of his kennel and spend time with me and my resident dog. He will even come inside on his own when I open the door.
Doug will get spooked with loud noises and fast movement, so he needs a home with older children, if any. His forever home must also have a physical fence to keep him from bolting. Because he watches my resident dog for cues, Doug will need another confident dog. He has not been around cats, and I do not know about storms as of yet.
Doug enjoys pets and grooming, and he has a beautiful, soft coat. If you are looking for a shadow, this is the dog for you.
