Guess what, everyone?? I'm getting my very own forever family! Yup, they came and met me last night and even brought me a new toy! I was a bit mouthy during the visit (hey...I'm teething!), but it turns out they love me anyways and want me to live with them! I'm even going to get to go to doggy daycare a few times a week so I continue to be a well-socialized pup! Thanks, RAGOM, for taking my mom, my siblings, and me into safety so we didn't have to grow up outside!!

Just a very quick update on Duke. I know I have said this before, but HE IS AMAZING!
He is so smart and he picks up on commands very quickly! He loves to play outside with the resident Goldens, he has learned to respect the space that cats need, he knows that "outside" means it's time for potty, he can sit and he comes running so fast from wherever he is with a short whistle... So recall is doing quite well!!! When bedtime comes around, "kennel" is all that needs to be said and he goes right in and he's good for the night!! We had to wake him this morning at 8 cause he was such a tired boy!!! Seriously everyone, Duke is smart, he's a typical puppy who's loving, and just wants to please his foster parents! Some family out there is going to feel like the won the lottery when they adopt this perfect little boy!!!!

Meet Duke! What an amazing little guy! Duke arrived on Wednesday to his foster home in Aitkin, MN. He became an instant little brother to our two resident RAGOM Goldens, Ginger & Logan, and to our family cats! Duke is very smart and in the short time he's been with us he has learned "sit" , "kennel" and "outside"... Duke is at that wonderful puppy age where all he wants to do is play, he has even fetched a tennis ball already!!! He picks up on things so fast, it's just amazing! And when he's had enough, and he's tired, he will come up to you and look up at you with those beautiful eyes and want to snuggle. Since here in our home Duke is learning how to live the "Golden" life, and he's just waiting for his forever family to come meet him! Duke will make some family extremely proud and extremely happy! This little boy has so much love to give, he would do great with other dogs, or cats, or alone. He loves kids, and people of all ages...Duke can't wait to meet you!!!!

Time for a quick update for Duke. Duke is recovering nicely from his surgery. We have nicknamed Duke 'Spock' because he is truly such a little explorer. Duke sleeps all night now & is doing a great time with potty training. Duke recently moved to MN to a new foster home. Duke is best friends with his new pal Logan one of the resident dogs of the house. Duke has settled in very nicely.
If this sweet explorer sounds like the boy for you please contact your placement advisor.

Duke & 3 of his littermates are now being fostered in Waukee, IA. They have been here with me and their two foster brothers for a week now. Since they have been here they have all grown quite a bit. Each puppy has its very own and distinct personality and it’s a joy to watch them emerge into their own.
Duke & his littermates got their first set of shots last Tuesday. They are now able to go outside and explore and let me tell you they absolutely love it. Duke is very curious about his world. Duke takes time to explore and check out any new surroundings he is exposed to. Duke loves to get pets and to be with his people.
Duke will be getting neutered the 1st of October and will be able to to go home with his FURever family after he’s had a few days to recover. If you think this little explorer who wants to be by his people could be the puppy for you please let your placement advisor know.

All Miss Scooby's puppies are growing like weeds! They are eating hard food and lapping water from a dish -- and are pooping and peeing machines! They will go for their first shots at the end of this week and then will be leaving their super-awesome momma. Though they won't be with Scooby, they will still be with at least one other littermate for the next few weeks to continue to socialize and learn the rules of dog-dog interaction.
