10/21/06: Elmo is a red 7 month old (born 3/31/06) purebred male Golden. His owners purchased him from a parking lot last Spring and then found they didn't have enough time to devote to a puppy. He had two very caring neighbors who walked him and even gave him a bath, and they assured the owners that RAGOM would be able to find Elmo a wonderful forever home.

Elmo had his vet check today and is in great health. He's now UTD and micro chipped, weighs 57.1 lbs and is scheduled for his neuter on 10-24.

Elmo rode great in my car, is good with kids and met my neighbor's cat and the cat at the vet's office with no problem. He is used to being tied up outside and also crates easily. Elmo lived with young children (a newborn and older) and respects baby gates. His only downfall so far is that his owner mentioned he digs, and doesn?t like the vacuum or brooms (neither do I, but I got used to them!). He knows sit, shake, and gives wonderful kisses :)
