Foxy 08-043

Profile

Welcome to RAGOM Foxy girl. Foxy is a beautiful 1 year old PB Golden. She is UTD on shots and has been on HW preventive year round. We picked her up yesterday from a very loving family that could no longer keep her because she was chasing/playing with their Bison. She was loved a lot by them.

Foxy has finished 2 levels of obedience. She is very smart and knows a lot of commands. Foxy has a lot of energy to burn and loves to play with my resident Goldens. She absolutely LOVES kids too. All she wants to do is give kisses, play and play and be LOVED. We are having a lot of fun with her.

Foxy has a vet appointment tomorrow and we will schedule her spay then too. After she recovers from her spay surgery she will be ready to find her forever home. I will update more after her appointment. If you think you might be a family interested in Foxy girl contact placementatragom [dot] org

Foxy has been doing great at our home. She is finally done with her heat cycle and does not have to wear her little pants anymore. Our new nickname for her now is foxy pants after having to wear those for so long. Foxy went over to her soon to be forever home again on Saturday to play for a little bit. They were very excited to see her again and Foxy acted like it has been her home forever. She is just so sweet and we have grown to love her more and more every day! She has been the longest foster we have had and it will be very hard for us and my 2 resident dogs to have to say goodbye to her. We will have her at our house 3 weeks after she goes to her new home while they are on vacation. Hopefully we will be able to baby-sit her often. Foxy has her Spay surgery on March 3rd and then will be ready for her new family. They are very lucky to get such a loving dog.

I will update more soon.

I thought I would send out another update on our little Foxy girl. She has settled in just fine at our house. She is such a love bug and wants to be next to you all of the time. She does this really cute thing and she puts her hand on your shoulder when you sit on the floor and lays her head down like she is giving you a hug.... She also always has a paw on your lap or arm when you are petting her. She is extremely affectionate and pretty much loves everything. The only thing we don't know for sure about is cats. I don't have any and her former owners had farm cats outside and said she liked to chase them but that she was more playing with them.

Yesterday morning we had a little surprise with Foxy going into heat. She will have to wait now for 2 months to be spayed. I went and bought a diaper for her to wear and she loves it. It is so funny when she comes in from outside she just lays down by the door and let's us put it back on. Foxy is a beautiful girl with a lot to give to a forever family. We will update more soon.

Hello Foxy/ Roxy here to give you an update from my foster home. I really love all of the attention I am getting here. On Friday I got to go to work with FM until my Vet appointment. The girls all just loved me there and gave lots of pets and kisses. I got to meet some RAGOM vets Friday and they all came into my room to see me. I kept hearing them say how beautiful I am and that I am as healthy as can be. I heard them say something about having my spay surgery on Feb 4th. I'm not sure what that is but FM told me that it will be OK and she will take good care of me. She told me that my foster siblings already had it done and now it's my turn. :)

FM says I am a really good foster.... I am crate trained I go right in. The other day FM said to kennel up to me so I jumped ON TOP of my kennel and just sat down. She started laughing so hard I could not figure out what the problem was. She did say "Kennel UP". I kept hearing her tell everyone that story and thinking it was the cutest thing ever. Since I have been here I have done really well with going potty outside except one time I had to go really bad and my teenage foster sister was watching me (Really texting on her phone). She was not paying attention so I went on the floor. I still think it was all her fault.

I really like to play outside and would like to find a forever home that has a big fenced yard. I also LOVE to go on walks. My previous owners worked a lot with me in obedience training so I walk very nice. I walk better than Maddie and FM said that she should learn to walk better like me. :) I am looking for a forever home that will give me a lot of attention. I am still young so I have some energy to burn every day. I like to run circles in the yard and play with my 2 foster siblings. I can't wait to find my forever home that will give all of the love I deserve.....
