George (Winston 17-216) celebrated his 3rd birthday last weekend! His grandma gave him a new duck, and he loved it so much he fell asleep with it in his mouth!
He is the center of our lives and makes us smile every single day. We couldn’t feel more grateful for our adorable, sweet boy!

Winston has found his forever home! This sweet, brown-eyed boy is going to make a wonderful addition to his new family. The couple absolutely adores Winston and says they are looking forward to long walks, teaching him to play fetch, brushing his long coat, and lots of cuddles!

Winston is a 2 year old male Golden Retriever, housebroken, neutered and UTD on vaccines, Heartgard and flea/tick medication. He is being surrendered because of his surrendering owner’s work travel schedule (their daughter, who helped with Winston’s care, has now left home). Winston is crate trained. His surrendering owner says that as soon as Winston sees her purse, he heads to his kennel. He weighs 77 pounds. Winston has no bite history and is not possessive. He is good with other dogs and has played well with relatives’ dogs ranging from small dogs to Labs. He has no history with cats. Winston walks well on a leash, although he does get excited when he sees other dogs. He is good with the surrendering owner’s grandchildren ages 4 – 7.
