Well, it's about time I get on the website. I was snowed in at the shelter and thought I'd never get to be a RAGOM girl. Thank you Dale, for escorting me to the Twin Cities.

I'm ready to "spice" up your life. Let me tell you a bit about myself. I am Ginger, but I have other names, too. Ginger Snap, Spice Girl, Ginger Rogers, Little Girl, Good Girl. It's very confusing around here. I answer to all of them. I'm here to please. I understand SIT, sometimes OFF, (we're working on that one), NO, and almost STAY.

And get this, I poddy and poop on command. Yes, that's right. You request that I do that outside and it gets done. I have free roam day and nite and only had a couple accidents before they understood my schedule.

I love to go for car rides. I jump right in the back and I'm very quiet. You hardly know I'm there.

Today we are going to go for a walk and try out a Gentle Leader. I might have a problem with that.

And I LOVE, LOVE LOVE to play ball. I'm not just a golden receiver. I retrieve it, too. After a little keep away, but I eventually give it to you. FM will get some action pictures soon for you to see my athletic abilities. I bet I can even learn frisbee. I jump very high and love to be outside doing anything.

Let me tell you something else. These pictures don't capture my true beauty. I have a flame of white on my chest and tips of my toes and my backside is pure gold. And I'm sweetness and spice and smell really nice. My mom showered with me. That was strange. No offense, FM, but I'd rather have a professional bath. Although I must admit, my amber coat shines after the brushout and my gold feathers are pretty, too.

It seems like every time I turn around this pesky cat is trying to catch my tail or steal my bone. What is it about cats anyway?

Well, anyway, MiMI is Meg's cat and I'm okay with her, too.

My spay surgery is Wednesday (what is that?). The RAGOM vet already said I'm in really good shape. I already knew that. My other family took good care of me. I was an outside dog cause I keep thinking I should go in the kennel out in back. But no one goes in there. We stay inside 24/7 except to play. Speaking of play, there's a ball calling me.

If you want to add a little "spice" to your family, please contact your Placement Advisor and ask about me, Ginger.

Paws crossed for my "Spay".

It was LOVE at first sight for Ginger and her new family.

Ginger had a blast chasing the balls Easter Saturday with the boys and going for a test walk with her new mom. She will live the golden life with lots of room to run and explore.

We adore you, sweet Ginger and miss you already. She is the best girl.

Congratulations T/R family.

Hoppy Easter---Yea, Easter is here. Hallejuia,

Hope you are all doing GReat. It's Easter and I'm so excited the bunny is coming over to visit our house and bring presents. Oh boy, I can hardly wait. We're going to hunt for eggs and eat something delicious.

What? The Easter bunny isn't real!! You can't be serious!!

Then why are we putting these stupid ears on?

Be patient, Ginger. It's all about the treat:

Have a Blessed Easter, All.......

Hi Everybody

Being a RAGOM girl sure is fun.  I went on a home visit with my foster mom Sunday. Got lots of pets and attention. And I'm mastering the gentle leader, well sort of. We went for 2 block walks. I had it on for the first one and off for the second walk. And we went for a ride last nite and met some more people. I LOVE people.

Now I just want to give you one last update before my "procedure" tomorrow.

Foster mom says I am the bestest girl and they are almost foster failures again. That means they want to adopt me. But it's not a good idea cause then they wouldn't be helping any more RAGOM fur butts. And there are hundreds of dogs out there that need a forever family just like I will have really soon.

So, I thought I would send you some pics we got this weekend to remember me by.

I'm not just a pretty face, you know.  I can sing, too.

Waiting for somebody to throw something.  Where are you?
