Hayden 09-019

Profile

Welcome to RAGOM, Hayden!  We will make sure that we find the very best "furever" home for you.  Hayden is 5 1/2 months old and about 52 pounds.  He came to us very scared and smelly but after a few baths, he settled right in.  He loves our children (4 and 7) and met our resident dog, Andy (RAGOM rescued) just fine.  We sense he misses his 7 siblings alot.  The more time he spends with us the more his playful personality shines though. We will write more as time goes on.

Hi Everyone,

It's just me, Hayden, checking in. I went to live with my furever family on Saturday. I am really happy. They have a big fenced in yard, and I love to be outside exploring and playing with my new fursister. She is great, and her and I love to wrestle and run around together.

My new mom and dad really are going to take care of me well. They have already taking me for a bunch of long walks, and spent the entire weekend with me; except for bedtime, where I got to sleep in my brand new kennel right next to my fursister. The first night, I cried a tiny bit, but then realized that I was in a good home, and would be safe here. I cuddled with my new dad on the couch lots too. That was very comfy. I have lots of toys too. Me and fursis keep playing keep away. I am really happy that I came here.

Thanks for RAGOM and my FM (Dawn) and her family, who really took care of me and helped me find a perfect new home. I miss my foster family lots, but I know they are happy that I have been adopted by really great new parents. My new parents said I could go visit them too. So that will be good.

Well, have to go outside and play some more. I'll keep in touch.

Hayden

P.S. See the pics of me and fursis, and with me and my new Dad having a cuddle!

These pictures capture the "true" Hayden. Up with all the toys just hanging out. We pushed the ottoman up next to the couch so that he can have many toys up with him and not fall off the couch. The second picture is our Andy just waiting for Hayden to make a move to play. Hope to see you at the RAGOM event this weekend!

Hi everyone!

I know if you have read many updates on the other dogs, you know that they all brag about how wonderful each dog is. Well, let me tell you I am not going to sound any different. Hayden has been with us for about two weeks now and he has just transitioned his way right into our family.

He learned how to jump up onto the furniture and here at our house, it's ok! He loves to snuggle right in with whoever is lounging at the time. He is potty-training and learning his name very well, also. We are getting into a routine and that's what he needs. He is really a good boy on the leash and loves to stay right by your side. We took him to the dog park today. He loved it! As you can see by the picture, he was one tuckered out little man when we got home.

We plan to be at the RAGOM event this weekend and hope to see you there. If you would like to meet Hayden sooner let placement know! placementatragom [dot] org

Well, Hayden now knows what neuter means.  He went through the surgery and is recovering well.  Even with stitches, he is finding out how much fun counter-surfing is.  Foster Grandma made orange cookies and apple pie today.  Needless to say, we are minus an orange cookie cooling on the counter. Mmm...  We will work on that! Hayden doesn't mind his kennel. It's not top on his list but will go in at night, cross his paws in prayer and begin dreaming of the perfect "furever" home. As you can see by the pictures, Hayden enjoys playing with our Andy.  Hayden is on the right in the pictures. We hope to see you at our Roseville event.  But if you just can't wait to meet Hayden and would like to see him sooner please email placement. placementatragom [dot] org ( )
