Henry 04-369

Profile

Henry and Woody are wonderful brothers, friendly and very playful. Henry is the more docile of the two, he is content just to sit back and watch. I brought him home to introduce him to my dog, Maggie, and they are getting along famously. They went for a walk together and did very well. We missed his first cue to go outside, but his owner said he was well trained and has had only a couple of accidents.

Henry has not been neutered, but other than that he's UTD on all his shots, and even came with AKC registration papers.

Good morning! I just thought I'd check in to let everyone know my surgery went really well yesterday, and I'm happily back home now. I have to wear this annoying thing on my head so I don't lick my incision, but other than that I'm feeling pretty good! Here's a picture of me getting some love from my 2-legged sisters this morning. Don't I look adorable with my scarf?? The vet said after about a week I should be back to my same old self!! ~Henry

Well, I've been with my foster family for a whole week already! I've been having so much fun here! My mom bought me a great big bone, which I've been sharing with my friend, Maggie. And she has been sharing hers with me! Here's a picture of us with our bone... aren't we cute?

Mom keeps telling me how good I'm doing. I haven't had any accidents in the house, which makes her very happy!! I've been practicing a few commands, like "down" and "shake", and am getting quite good at them. I'm all ready for my surgery tomorrow. Mom said she'd give me a bath tonight, since I'll be feeling under the weather for a few days afterwards. I'll be sure to send in an update as soon as I'm feeling better, to let you all know how it went. ~Henry

Today we went to the doggie doctor, and I have some kind of surgery scheduled for next week. My foster mom says it's a "neuter", but I have no idea what that is... I just hope it doesn't hurt too much! I've been having such a great time with my 2-legged brother and sisters (there's actually one more sister that isn't in these pictures)! They play with me all day long, and even let me sit on the furniture with them! I guess mom doesn't like it when I have an accident in the house, she's telling me I have to go outside to go potty. Maybe I'll give her a break and start doing it right! I don't even mind when she wipes my feet off before I come inside (it was pretty muddy outside today). She says I'll make a great fur-friend for just about anyone!! I'll send in another update in a couple days. ~Henry
