Jackson returned from the vet yesterday a little droopy but in his usual happy-go-lucky mood. He tested negative to heartworm (YEAH!!), but, has three other types of worms (DARN!!). He's not very happy about that either. We were able to track down his previous vet and found out Jackson will be having a birthday on Thursd Happy 1st Birthday Jackson Jackson is such a sweetheart. He is rather tall and doesn't seem to know how big his feet really are. He is a little underweight, typical if you have worms, but this will be corrected soon. We just can't get over how beautiful he is and what a wonderful personality he has. He actually thinks he's a lap dog . . . if you sit in a recliner you can count on Jackson joining you (he's sitting on my oldest son). He will love having another dog(s) to play and cuddle with. We do not have a fenced yard, so he is on a tie-out and doesn't mind one bit; however, I have no doubt he would love to be able to stretch those long legs. Jackson will be meeting a potential family on Wednesday night, so keep your fingers and paws crossed for him. Personally, I have no worries. Once you meet this wonderful boy it's impossible not to instantly love him.
