Jozy 09-257

Profile

Jozy weighs 68 lbs (a bit over weight), and is a beautiful medium-dark golden retriever.  Jozy was surrendered because she required surgery for intestinal blockage (she ate a sock).  Jozy is now recovering from the surgery, but doing well.  She will need to "take it easy" for 10-14 days, and then should be back to normal golden activities.

Jozy is house trained, and her prior owners say she is good with children and other dogs and respects baby gates.

More to follow as we get to know Jozy.

Jozy is doing great.  Her stitches have been removed, and the vet said she appeared very healthy.  She is quite mellow for a 2 year old.

Jozy loves to be with her people and play with her toys.    She is very excited about the cat in an "I want to chase it" kind of way.  Luckily kitty stays well out of harms way.  She loves to go for car rides and walks.  She does pretty well on the leash w/only occasional pulling when she tries to keep up with her off leash foster sisters.

Jozy has had no problems with run of the house while we are at work.  She will make a great addition to some lucky family.
