Lauren 04-354

Profile

Lauren is an 8-week-old puppy who was part of a 7 puppy litter that came into RAGOM. One of RAGOM's missions is to educate people about how to avoid accidental breedings and we are sharing this information with the family. We are so glad that they called us so these wonderful pups can find the perfect forever homes and live happily ever after, which is what they deserve.

Lauren is a happy and energetic puppy, full of promise and mischief. She is being fostered with her twin sister Kelly and three RAGOM rescue dogs. Her favorite foster brother is Max, who loves to play tug-of-war with the girls, and is fairly gentle with the puppies, who don't always return the favor. Max is a 17-month-old puppy himself, and his head is almost bigger than Lauren, but they don't care - once I watched Max loping across the yard, looking back in mock fear, with two little girls chasing him, heads and tails high, telling him "you BETTER run!"

Both girls have gone for several long car rides and are going to be excellent travelers (that is important to me because I travel to northern Minnesota almost every other weekend). Both are starting to learn potty training, but both still make mistakes. They truly love humans and all other living creatures, and come willingly when called - unless something interesting pops up on the way!

Dear RAGOM:

I went back to your site to get Madison's ID number.. I can't believe how little she once was!

We've moved down to Atlanta, GA as I think I mentioned in our Christmas card (not that you can keep track...)

Anyway, thought you'd be interested in knowing that given our great experience with Madison, my boyfriend and I are now fostering for Adopt a Golden Atlanta. Rugby, a former boy breeder dog, is our first foster.

Regards,

Elizabeth M

Madison's big accomplishment... 3 tennis balls in her mouth.Following Samantha, with tennis balls intact.
