It's been a year now since we adopted Liam last September and I thought that it's time for an update. We drove all the way from St. Cloud, MN to Grand Forks, ND with our 2 young daughters to see Liam at his foster home. It was such a long and frustrating drive but it was so worth it.
Liam is a wonderful, affectionate dog. He's great with the our daughters, the cats, and other dogs. And he loves everybody he meets, better yet everyone he meets loves him, humans and dogs alike. All of our neighbors are smitten with him always saying "he is such a good dog", or "you have such a good dog". He's made good friends with the neighbor dogs as they love to run and play together every chance they get. He also loves to go to the lake to play with his dog cousins who are also RAGOM girls, Margo and Evelyn. He's great on the boat too and thinks he's the captain.
We also take him on all of our camping trips and we all have a great time, he can never wait to hit the trails. Liam is always ready for a five mile run but when indoors he knows it's down time and just hangs out with us. Especially at night, after the kids are in bed, he snuggles up with me on the couch, laying his head on my lap or on my feet.
As you can tell, Liam is great, we love him and love having him around. As I write this he's napping in the living room at the foot of our daughters while they watch a movie.
We were afraid we'd regret that terribly long drive to Grand Forks, but as it turns out Liam was well worth it and we'd do it again in a heartbeat.
Thank you for rescuing these dogs and thank you for Liam.
Sincerely,
The H family
Tim, Alicia, Ava, and Amara

Well, Liam came to live with us a week ago, he reminds me of the Cheeto's lion as he has a beard, short hair and he is red in color. He has white on his left paws and no white on his right paws, do you think that means he's left handed??? Anyway he also has a smooth tail and it has a white tip. He is very cute and his ears are like satin, I don't know about Liam but I love to rub his ears.

Liam would like to thank everyone for all of the hugs he received at PetCo on Saturday! Given it was Valentine's day, we missed the opportunity to set up a 'hugging booth' where Liam could have hugged everyone to his heart's content and we could have raised some money for a good cause! Maybe I will teach him to kiss and we will set up a "kiss me I am Irish" booth on St. Patty's day!

Liam has been here 9 days and still has not had an accident. He is doing so well! We are still working on his exuberant jumping as everytime he comes in from outside, it's like he hasn't seen you forever and has to let you know how happy he is to see you!! He also he likes to give lots of kisses. Liam is not treat motivated but he is love motivated, so giving him love and praising him seems to work best for his training.
