Libby (Liberty 08-270)

Profile

Safe and sound at my foster home as of noon today. What a beautiful moment! The sky was blue and spring flowers and trees were all abloom. (Oh, yeah, there were also a lot of other things to smell from other dogs in the backyard.) I could not resist striking a pose or two for foster dad.

Dad says I am beautiful. That would have been enough for my young female ego, but then he took me for a walk with some strange device called a "Gentle Leader". Bow-wow (I mean "Wow!"), that was cool. Dad said I was a very smart puppy who learns how to work that thing quickly. Beauty AND brains! What more could a four-month old ask for? He even took me with the big dogs on a walk and said we all did well. Big foster Toby (#08-200) is getting adopted next Monday. Dad said he would get me a calendar so I can mark off the days until I will get ALL the attention. I just LOVE being a young princess!

I got all my jewelry (male dogs call them dog tags) before I got here. Rabies, microchip, RAGOM ID, and a very chic rainbow colored necklace (male dogs call them collars).

I am waiting for my Prince to come!

Libby was adopted Friday evening by the L family. She will have a new mom and dad, 3 human kids to keep her busy and new canine bro Zeb. Best of all, she will live close by where her foster family will still be able to see her. Congratulations to Sweet Miss Liberty and her furever family.

Libby was a busy girl today. She went with foster dad to meet the family adopting Toby 08-200. Here is the picture of her helping FD drive and enjoying a treat from McDonald's. Libby is doing great on her training and is very sweet and lovable and is learning quickly.
