I am happy to say that LuLu and Lily have found their forever home. They are now a part of the H family and will enjoy so much together. This family also has three older sons who the girls can bond with and I have no doubt they will be so happy there.
Long walks, a fenced back yard, and a family who will commit to some training for Lily. This was their Christmas wish come true. Wishing the entire family a blessed Christmas and many holiday memories to come!

LuLu continues to be low maintenance and loves being a part of the family. She does need to go outside a little more often for her potty breaks because of her age. She does not whine to remind you, but tells you by insisting on more attention as well as panting some. She is very good at letting you know.
LuLu is fairly new to a leash but does great. She can get more excited on the morning walk but with consistency she will continue to excel. This would be something she and Lilly would love to continue to have more of.
They also would love to run more in a fenced yard. This is something they are used to and I am sure they really miss that in my home.
LuLu is a sweet girl. I have dubbed her “Snow White” because of her pretty white face. She is looking for love, consistency, and a family that can help her in her needs, as well as give her the affection she adores.

LuLu has settled in nicely over the last week. She and Lily 18-223 have come to find much more peace and have become at home here.
LuLu loves her pets and is very well mannered. She gets along with all people and is very motherly with Lily and my resident Golden.
Both girls are crated securely when I go to work and curl up nicely together. They have not gotten out and are well behaved and safe while I am gone.
LuLu loves curling up by the fire and is happy to follow you wherever you go. She and Lily are both Velcro dogs, just like most Goldens. She is ready to find her special home that will provide her with the Golden life she and Lily deserve.

LuLu is an 11-year-old Golden Retriever who is so sweet and loving. She is paired with Lily 18-223.
LuLu is so sweet and has been so easy to relax with. She loves attention, snuggling, and playing with her sister. She does great on a leash and is very easy to walk. She loves sniffing the world around her when we are outside, but also loves to be curled up by the wood stove.
LuLu has been a very good girl in the week I've had her, with one event that could have been avoided. I failed to secure the bottom latch on their crate and found out the the hard way how much they need to be crated securely when left alone.
I was gone at work so I have no idea how long they were out, but they did get into my slippers, some colored pencils, and moved the wood upstairs that is used for the fire. They just need to be secured when alone to keep them safe.
She does well with my Golden Retriever and is said to get along with cats, as she had one in her last home. She is almost eleven but don't let that snow white face fool you. She is in great shape and can keep up with my 5-year-old Golden. She is looking for a loving home that will give her all the attention and love she deserves. More updates to come.
