I'm Miss Maddie and I'm loving my new foster home. Life is pretty special here... lots of people to meet and see. I had my surgery yesterday so I'm feeling a little sore but I'm still very loving thru it all.

My foster mom gave me a bath the day I arrived here, which was Saturday the 19th of July. Guess what? She had more of a bath than me. I really don't like tubby time!!!! She said that will change cause unfortunately she happens to be a groomer. Phooey.

I met some kitties here too. Miss Bette Davis and Miss Scarlet are pretty neat! I thought they were really something worth sniffing out. They smelled… well… like a cat. Didn't interest me that much. So on I went to better things. Like the cow hooves that are around to chew on. My kind of thing.

My new foster mom and I are still getting to know one another. So I will keep you posted on my new adventures here in Spicer, MN. Right now I'm just going to take advantage of some well deserved R&R and recoop from my surgery.

Maddie is a delightful girl! She is reluctantly being return to RAGOM by her family.  She is a Golden mix, which has given her most of the golden characteristics but she has these cute eyebrows that make her look very inquisitive.

Maddie has instantly adapted to our busy family life and has snuggled her way into everyone's heart!  She has a sweet disposition and loves to be loved!  Her people skills are marvelous; she plays respectfully with other dogs and is laid back round cats.  She is house trained and shows no aggression or undesirable characteristics.  She has a beautiful coat and loves to be brushed. She weighs 74 pounds, has been spayed and appears, after her check up at the vet, to be in great health.

Maddie's previous home had a bit of acreage and she loves some room to run around.  She has been swimming many times since her arrival and has a great time in the water.  She is patient during bathing and loves to be toweled down and snuggled.  She and her foster sister (our golden, Saba) have had hours and hours of fun playing together. They are hilarious to watch!

Maddie has also been an "office dog," going to work with me everyday, and has shown exemplary meet and greet skills.  Everyone who walks in our door is smitten!

It's Maddie!
