I apologize for not having sent a more recent update on Miss Maggie Mae but we have all been very busy. Things have been pretty much the same around here and not only has Maggie been a good girl but she has been instrumental in raising the puppy. Pepper is now almost a year old and about 75 pounds but Maggie is in charge and I am very grateful for her leadership. He learns so much from her when they play and run around in the yard or when we go for walks she sets a good example. It seems as though Maggie becomes a faster runner as Pepper grows and gets faster. I think that she has had the speed all along but only uses what is necessary to be the fastest! It is great to see her run and extend her front and rear legs all the way at the same time.
We have a senior cat named Bonnie and Maggie has always shown her so much respect that Bonnie now seeks out Maggie to cuddle with. She is definitely a unique dog and she is very intelligent. I know that I have mentioned how she likes to watch for animals on television, I think she sometimes follows the plot of some shows but has been known to fall asleep in front of the TV. I think that Maggie has very good eye sight for a dog based upon how perceptive she is of what goes on around her. She is definitely one of the smartest, cutest and most physically fit dogs I know of. Donât let the two new couch pictures fool you; I think Maggie could be a great jogging partner for somebody.
