Matti was rescued from a puppy mill along with her sister, mother and father. She did not know how to be a puppy and was shy and tentative. Stairs were a challenge at first, but with the help of a doggie friend she learned to go up and down the stairs within a day. She was not housebroken either, but within two weeks she was getting the hang of it. She is completely housebroken now and I can leave her out of her crate and come home to find the house just as I left it-- she likes to sleep on the couch. Matti loves the cat and children, too. She is shy around new people, but with a puppy kindergarten class, I feel that she will become a more confident dog. She is the sweetest girl and we have fallen in love with her.
