Hi RAGOM!!!!

It’s me Miley!!! I can’t believe it’s been a little over 2 years since I was adopted! I LOVE my FOREVER family---especially my two fur brothers Shadow and Jonah 09-080. They are soooo good to me----they treat me like a Princess! What girl doesn’t love that???

I’ve been keeping myself quite busy paying back all the good fortune I received from RAGOM!!!

Mom & I love to do Home Visits and Transports for RAGOM together---mom says I’m the best Transport doggie because I’m a natural “Mom” and I just know how to calm doggies and make them feel safe. I do my best---what can I say??? Mom wants to get me certified as a Therapy doggie—don’t know what that is but as long as I get to go places and get tons of pets---I’m all for it!

Mom brought home another doggie a few weeks ago---she called this little bundle of energy a “foster doggie” and we had so much fun with her. Mom asked me if I would use my “momma skills” to help train this little girl and I did a great job! Of course, I had to sit on her from time to time (like any good mom needs to do), as well as teach her the appropriate chew toys and how important it is to get your beauty rest and guess what? Daisy turned out so good, a family adopted her right away. Mom says it’s all because of us dogs and my momma skills that little Daisy got trained up so fast and found her FOREVER home. But, you know what? I couldn’t sleep the first night Daisy left us---I was sooo worried, but mom reminded me how AWESOME it is to find your “FOREVER HOME” and from what we hear---Daisy hit the jack pot! She is spoiled rotten and loved a lot---just like us—so we are very happy for her! Mom and Dad said since we all did such a good job with Daisy, we get to do this “foster” thing again and help more doggies find their FOREVER homes! Can you believe it??? Yeah!

Daisy and Miley

I LOVE RAGOM and I’m soooo happy to be a RAGOM Girl!!! I promise to do my best to help more doggies like you helped me so they can one day write their “HAPPY ENDINGS” update! A big WOOF to my FOSTER Family for being the greatest ever!!! I’m going to make sure I show all the foster doggies that come through our home the LOVE & CARE you showed me!!! It’s no wonder I turned out soooo good---you guys ROCK!

Hi RAGOM Friends!
It’s ME Miley!

I just wanted to check in with all my friends to let you know how much fun I’m having with my forever family. I have a new fur butt brother named Jonah (09-080). He’s a RAGOM doggie too! I LOVE him! I am such a lucky girl---I have a super-duper BIG fur brother whom I just adore and a crazy LITTLE fur brother that I love to wrestle with. Mom says we are the 3 Musketeers. I also have two neighbor fur butt buddies that love me so much. I’m literally the PRINCESS of the neighborhood. The boys give me their toys and even share their rawhides with me! I’m one lucky girl!

Guess what? My mom is going to start volunteering for RAGOM—doing home visits and she said I get to come with! Can you believe it? I now get to help RAGOM doggies find their forever home! I’m so excited!!! Mom is too! I’ll keep you posted…

We’ve been on the go a lot lately—dog park, lake, dog park, lake, dog park—you know all my favorite things, so I thought I’d show you what we do when it’s time to relax! Enjoy.

See you all at the PICNIC!!!

P.S. Thank you RAGOM for giving me such a great life! I love you SO much!

From Miley's forever family...

Miley is celebrating her 1 year adoption with us!!! We can’t tell you how special this little girl is!!! After much love and attention, a great BIG brother named Shadow to show her the ropes of dog life, lots of time on walks, hours of play at the dog parks (her favorite thing!), and plenty of praise, Miley has just blossomed into the dog she was always meant to be! We are so lucky to have her in our lives and we can’t thank RAGOM & her foster parents Christy & Joe enough for rescuing our Miley Girl.

To all of you that think twice about adopting an older rescue dog, please don't!!!! This has been the best experience we could have asked for—though it was not without its trials and tribulation—but it has been one of much appreciation and incredible love! She has taught us all much! What a gift!

Thank you again for all you do!

Miley accompanied me on a home visit last night and in the process found her FOREVER family!!

The "S" family fell in love with Miley because of her pictures and updates on the RAGOM site, and applied specifically to meet her!! :) This family could not be more perfect for her. She will have a wonderful new mom and dad, a 14 year old human sister, a kitty friend, and best of all... a 6 year old Black Lab named Shadow as her new brother!!

We spent a lot of time over there talking, laughing, and then there was me... getting teary eyed! Miley instantly relaxed and made herself at home. She was sharing a dog bed with Shadow within an hour... it was the cutest thing! We tried to get pictures, but BOTH dogs are camera shy! She was following her new mom all over the place, just like Shadow (hence his name!).

We walked into their home and it was like the fog lifted, I knew this was IT, this is where Miley was meant to be, I knew I could let her go.

So, we will spend the week making sure Miley knows how much we love her, and then we will finalize the adoption on Friday! The "S" family wanted to make sure she didn't have to be left alone at all her first few days in her new home! Just one more reason to LOVE them!

Thanks for reading, and thanks to Miley's wonderful sponsor Sandra Lynn!!

Miley's new mom just sent me the pictures that she was able to snap last night! I didn't realize she was able to get some shots! Look at how cute Miley and Shadow are together! I know they will become the best of friends! Even though Miley stole his bone, he didn't mind... he was still willing to share his bed with her! Such a wonderful big brother :-)
