Welcome Kodiak to the RAGOM family! Kodiak is one of 7 puppies from Hannah 13-349 that came in from a breeder who loved his dogs. Kodiak was born October 5, 2013 so is 5 weeks old now. He is a very healthy, active puppy learning all about life. Kodiak went to the vet and has been wormed. He will get his first set of shots at 6 weeks and be neutered at 8 weeks.Kodiak came in at 3.0 pounds, one of the smaller pups at 3 weeks. He is gaining and growing every day! He is playful and strong and the first to learn the word 'kisses' to lick my nose instead of bite it!Kodiak will be ready for adoption around the first week in December. He can entertain potential families at any time.  Please remember as you look at her adorable pictures:

  • Puppies are a LOT of work in their first year!
  • Puppies have a small, immature bladder and cannot go a full work day without being let out. You will need to make arrangements for someone to come in midday until she is about 6 months old.   
  • Puppies NEED obedience, socialization and manners training! RAGOM gets many  unmannered and undersocialized dogs surrendered due to the simple lack of training and socialization when the puppy was young. This is a crucial time for puppies to learn about so many things!

Kodiak (now Oliver) was adopted today. Mamma Hannah got to say goodbye and have one last play session with him. The family brought Ms. Hannah a bag of Taste of the Wild dog chow too :)

Kodiak has left for with his new family! He will have a young man to grow up with, a loving Mom and many friends to teach him the ways of the world outside the puppy pen. His new family says that he slept through his first night peacefully with them. Kodiak also has an older fur brother-Gizmo- to continue to learn about the doggie world. We couldn't be more thrilled for Kodiak--now known as Oliver. Thank you so much for adopting through RAGOM and congratulations to the F family!
