I Paddington met my forever family yesterday with a very good friend of my Foster Parents. Foster mom ended up making an urgent run to Iowa to a location more than 5 hours away so she called in the experts and got things covered. I was suppose to go on a Home Visit and than go meet my new family, but things got all messed up and mom called Aunty Cindy J. and Aunty Kelly K.
Kelly handled my home visit and Cindy brought me to meet my new family. Well let me tell you, I was IN LOVE, I called foster mom the second Aunty Cindy and I got in the car and Cindy translated all the wonderful things I had to say. See I was so tired I napped all the way home!
It was a win, win, and win day – I got a home, Kelly had a great home visit and foster mom rescued 3 golden’s from Down South Iowa. Thank you everyone who is looking and thinking man this black beauty is someone I want to bring home, but I have a family now and they are coming at 11 this morning. I can not wait to get back home with my big human sister and new mom and day; this is going to be great!
Lots of love to all the golden’s out there!!!

Paddington/Tinker Bell is doing well at her new foster home and today she even scratched at the door to go out! That was pretty exciting but we all know that does not mean anything this early. It just means she is smart and should be pretty easy to train once she has a consistent routine in her life.
Tinker Bell is going to need training so if you are interested in this black beauty make sure you have set aside time to bring her to class so she can be the best girl possible when she grows up. Tinker Bell loves to cuddle and play with stuffed animals and chew on bones. She is currently going to bed around 9:30 and gets up a couple of times to potty, but goes right back to sleep.
So if you are interested in this black beauty, please let placementragom [dot] org know so she can meet her forever family.

Paddington AKA Tinker Bell went to the vet this morning because she coughed all night. One of my worst recurring nightmares kept coming up when she would have this deep yucky cough. Worms would come up that way. Yes its true - I had a litter that were coughing up dead worms and pooping dead worms. Okay to much info - so lets move on.
Tinker Bell now weighs in at 10.3 pounds. Tinker Bell is up to date on her shots and has been micro chipped! I know you are saying but Tinker Bell is a black dog, well I know but she is the nicest, sweetest black dog. Her mother is Violet - 08-081, we are not real sure who the father is, I know I hate that too.
But what we know is she loves people, loves dogs, does not mind cats at all and just wants lots of love. Best yet she did not even mind getting her toe nails clipped! Oh yea and she rides pretty good in the car.
So at her vet appt today we talked about her itching and all the bites she has one her that are driving her crazy and we are going to do the best we can to get these sores healed and that will help eliminate the itching and scratching and all that fun stuff. I don't dare put a collar on her yet, because that will make her scratch even more.
So I know you are dying to meet this very black beautiful Golden, so send placementragom [dot] org a note.
