Peter came to RAGOM from the Red Lake area. He was found wandering the area and was brought in by Red Lake Rosie Rescue. He looks to be a golden mix and approximately 2 years of age based on his recent vet visit.   

This lovable guy is just the sweetest pup. He loves to be petted and will just melt onto the floor as soon as you start to pet him. He loves to give kisses and hugs. He is still a puppy at heart and still has lots to learn from his people such as sitting to be petted, taking treats gently, and walking straight on a leash. He is a smart guy and is learning. He so wants to please his people.

This is possibly the first time Peter has lived in a house. This means that everything is new and exciting but also can make him a bit hesitant at first. So far treats and lots of positive praise is working well.

Peter has learned the laminate flooring is slippery, the ceiling fan is interesting, the dogs on t.v. are really exciting, and it's fun to go up the stairs to find the people. The more walks we have gone on the less zig zagging he is doing.  

Peter has his neuter surgery scheduled for August 3rd.  Once he recovers, he will be ready to go to his forever home.
