I took Q to the vet last week--he weighed in at 32 pounds. He is a healthy growing boy but was treated for round worms and an ear infection. He is doing well now and he his ear is staying clean. He is playing more and more with our resident dogs, he has learned to sit, lay down and I think he might even know how to shake (must be from watching the other dogs). We do not have a fenced yard so he has been going out on a tie out. He does well with it but I would love for him to have a yard that he could run and play in. We had a neighbor boy visit and Q just loved the attention. I think he would be great with kids.
I have taken him on a few walks and he is learning to walk with a leash. He doesn't pull, it's just a little awkward for him. We are still working on the potty training and I am sure it will be better now that we got rid of the round worms. Other than that, he is just a great puppy and is sure to make a wonderful pet. He will be meeting a family this weekend so cross your paws--he deserves to finally go "home".
