Toby can live with children of all ages and loves other dogs. He has been around dog savvy cats, and puppies can typically learn to live with cats. A physical fence is optional as long as his family has a plan to keep him safe. Toby requires a family that will continue to train and socialize him.

Toby (now Ralphie) has been adopted by a wonderful young couple. They take adoption seriously and have studied a lot about puppy development and training. Plus, they have a good support network.

Toby was born in the foster home in June to a "retired" breeder. He was the only male puppy. Toby was a leader of the pack from the onset and took feeding time very seriously. His little tail was the first to wag!

Toby was the first puppy to bark and that surprised both of us! As the eyes and ears opened, the puppies developed their own language, but Toby was most expressive. He continues to be the most verbal and explorative puppy.
