6/11/06: This weekend RAGOM volunteers picked up 2 little pups being sold out of the back of a van at Gander Mountain in Minnetonka. The pups, with 12 other Golden puppies and a small female Golden Doodle, had been transferred from South Dakota to sell in a parking lot as people came in to shop at Gander Mountain.

Sweet Reggie is very tiny, weighing in at 5.2 lbs. Her birth date is 4/8/06.

Reggie had to make another run to the vet tonight. She has had a runny eye today and started blinking her right eye all the time. She arrived at the vet's office happy to see all of them again so soon. She received an eye drop to make her eye less painful, then the green eye stain, and had the bright light up to the eye. Dr W had to flush out her right eye, and Reggie got some steroid and eye salve. Then she was given the pink antibiotic medicine she loved. We came home with more eye salve and more antibiotics, and she gets to have an ice pack on her eye 3-4 times a day. Reggie has had diarrhea and is now 4.8 lbs.
