Rory joined us over the weekend. He is a two and a half year old boy who is up to date on all his shots and is neutered. Rory is a huge snuggle bug, always nudging your arm for love and attention. Rory would be a lap dog if you allowed him to be and he loves to give kisses! He has had some basic obedience training and loves to play fetch. He gets along with my two resident dogs just great, though I think he is starting to get annoyed with the antics of the younger dog. Rory has never been around cats but has lived with a guinea pig at his previous home. He has also lived with three kids and got along great with all of them.

Rory will stay near the house if there is someone with him, but if left out alone too long, he gets bored he decides to visit the neighbors. He always comes back but he needs his social interaction! Rory likes to sleep in his crate and stays in his crate during the day while everyone is at work. I would like to work on letting him have the run of the house, but right now he has had so many changes that we will start working on that later, but I don't see it as a big issue for him.
