Rossi (Patrick 17-088TD)

Profile

It is my pleasure to introduce you to Patrick. Patrick is one of seventeen Goldens that RAGOM welcomed to the United States from Turkey on April 28th. This handsome 2 year old is about as friendly and laid back as they come. The morning after he arrived with me he found the dog toy box and his eyes just lit up!  He quickly filled his mouth with as many toys as he could and then paraded the around the house for everyone to see - so proud of himself!

Patrick has been to the vet and is very healthy at 69 pounds. He is neutered and up to date on shots and preventatives. He did have a very mild ear infection that is being treated. He is the calmest dog I've ever brought into a vet's office. He laid down in the lobby to wait his turn, loved all the attention from the vet tech and vet and didn't mind anything that happened during his exam.  The day after the vet visit I brought him in for his first ever professional grooming and he did awesome! He truly just goes with the flow and loves attention.

Patrick is wonderful with kids and other dogs. I was told that he should not be in a home with cats. I haven't witnessed him chasing any little critters but with it being Spring, I'll keep an eye out to see if he notices and squirrels or bunnies. He loves to be outside with me; he will lay in the grass or on the patio for hours just soaking up the sun. Patrick also loves, loves, loves to go for a car ride, so much so that he will bring his leash over to you when he sees you getting your keys. He rides beautifully and just likes to watch the world go by.
