Meet Rowdy, a handsome 2-3 year old dark red golden.  Rowdy and his best buddy, Sandy (11-037) were strays in northwest Missouri.  They were befriended by a good Samaritan on her farm where they hung around for a month before coming into Ragom's care.  Rowdy is neutered and weighs 68#.  He had his first vet visit and was found to be healthy, heartworm negative, and is now up to date on all his shots.

Rowdy is quite a character!  He 'talks' all the time even when he has toys in his mouth.  He has obviously been in a home and been loved.  He knows how to sit and wait for treats.  He gets along great with our resident goldens and could care less about the cat.  He is housebroken and we've given him free roam of the house while we're gone.  He pulls a little hard on a leash but that gets better every day.  Remember, he and Sandy have been running loose for at least a month.

He and Sandy are very attached to each other.  They rest their heads on each other while sleeping - so cute.  They LOVE all kinds of toys and often carry 2 or 3 around in their mouths.  They are very affectionate without any aggression whatsoever.  We would like to find a home for them together.  Preferably with a large fenced in yard because they love to run and play outside and roll in the snow.
