Riley is a 2 yr old male, DOB 5-26-05, UTD, good with other dogs, likes car rides, and is house broken. He’s in good health and at a good weight (63 lbs.) for his size.

Riley was surrendered because the family that owned him has to move to a place that will not allow them to keep him. They were very sad to give him up, and they want RAGOM to find him a family that will love him as much as they do. He has been living with another dog, cat, and a 3 year old toddler. He has never shown any aggression.

He is very affectionate, loves to cuddle and be petted and he’s eager to please. He hasn’t had any formal training, but in the few days we have had him he’s been very well behaved and has not done anything inappropriate. He walks well on a leash.

This is a great family dog for people with kids. Come meet him at the Fridley PetCo from 11-2 this Saturday Feb 9th.

Riley has had a busy week. Last Saturday he went to a “meet and greet” at PetCo and he enjoyed meeting all the people and dogs that were there. He likes all people and all dogs and he had a good time making new friends.

Tuesday he had another big day, this was all day at the vet. He is now neutered, and also had two infected dew claws removed. While we were at it, he had all his nails trimmed, had his blood and stool tested and all came back normal and healthy. He is healing nicely and is acting normal. He wants to run around outside with his buddy and play in the snow but he has to stay on the leash to prevent him from over-doing it until he is completely healed.

Riley is enjoying going for walks, sniffing all the smells along the way and making snow angels. He is very well behaved for not having any real training and he’s a great dog. He’ll be easy to train, because he responds so well to praise and attention. Some very nice people that met him at PetCo are coming to see him and he’s hoping to become part of a GReat family!
