10/22/06: Sydney just arrived. She is a beautiful, light blonde, spayed 7 year old who's up to date on her shots. She is very friendly and loves attention from people. She weighs about 68 pounds. Sydney is on heartworm preventative and I see no health issues. She is very playful and needs a little work on her manners. She has attended obedience school, so I think she may just need some reminding about how to be a good family member.

I will take some pictures when I have some daylight to work with.

Sydney has been with us for a whole day now. Her coat is just beautiful many parts of it look white she is so light in coloring. Sydney looks very gray around her face but I think some of it is because of her light color. I tried to get a picture, but our Sydney is a little camera shy. Sydney has a strong need to be with her family. She is a vocal girl, not loud but she seems to speak her mind with little woofs and such. Sydney is food motivated and does most of the basic sit, stay, down and such for a treat. I hope we can make it into the vet for her microchip and wellness check on Friday.
