I would like to welcome Tanner to RAGOM.

Tanner came into my home on Sunday night. He was surrendered from a wonderful family that cared alot about him. He is nicely groomed and clean and very loving.

His first night was kind of tuff for him. He paced from door to door. He would lay down for awhile and then get up and move to another door. He did not cry at all, but does love counter surfing. We don't keep much on our counters anymore now that the kids all... show more

Updates

This email is to notify the RAGOM organization of our dog, Tanner's (08-515), passing. Tanner died on 6/11/17 of what is highly suspected to be hemangioma sarcoma. Tanner was brought to the emergency clinic on this day and multiple tests were completed. After much discussion between my husband and I, it was decided to euthanize Tanner due to the severe pain he was in as a result. Prior to this time, he seemed mostly pain free and much like the Tanner we knew and loved.

We are heartbroken - Tanner was a member of our family and, truly, our first baby. We continue to love him in our hearts and through our memories and stories, and we can't thank the Ragom organization enough for introducing us to this spunky fur kid, who ran away with our hearts. His remains will be spread in a favorite watering hole of his, where he much preferred to lay rather than to swim, most recently this past Thanksgiving, despite the vocal protests and chase that ensued. 😬

Below are some pictures of Tanner and our kids within the last year.

Many thanks again,

Jess B
