Meet X-ray. He is a beautiful, purebred, intact golden. He was born April 24th, 2007, making him almost eight months old. He is very tall and athletic with short, curly fur. He is house-trained and crate-trained. His previous family had children and another young dog for him to play with. He has an extremely high energy level, even for a young pupper. He is in almost constant motion. We are used to free feeding our other dogs but not X-ray. He is an enthusiastic eater and won't stop until he either gets sick or explodes. He chewed open a bag of dog food and yes, he did eventually get sick. Dog food is now kept in plastic dog-proof containers. He is also a counter-surfer so he should be supervised which is true with any puppy. The X-man will need an active family committed to obedience training and daily exercise. He loves to play, play, play with the other two dogs here. For that reason I believe he will need another dog to help him burn off his excess energy and be truly happy. He spent half of his first night here in his crate. Not because we don't trust him but because he and his new friends were having a slumber party, only without the slumber.
He will be available for adoption after he is vetted, microchipped and neutered. This handsome boy won't be in foster care long. If you'd like to meet him e-mail placement
