Hello - meet the 3rd boy of Journey's puppies. He does not have a name yet.

He was 14.4 oz at his first weigh in. Today he weighs 3 lbs 9 oz. He has had his first de-worming on 5/23. He had his first toe nail clipping on 5/27. Poor Mama Journey's belly was getting so scratched from all the little puppy claws.

He is one of the most playful of the puppies. He is usually one of the ones that initiates play with his siblings. He is also one of the escape artists and has figured out how to get out of the pool. He plays hard and sleeps just as hard.

He has a dark blue collar - so watch for him in the pictures.

Hello,   My name is Tripp.   I am one of Journey's puppies.   From the day I was 5 days old a wonderful lady by the name of Mari has been coming in to see me, my brothers and sisters.  She comes to clean up after us and feed us.   I will let her tell you the story of her visits:

Hi-

I am the mid day maid & chef.  I let the boyz and Journey outside and spend about 2 hours with the family Mon-Fri.  This is my "golden moment" every day.

Maid Service!

Since retiring a month ago, this is my part time labor of love; meeting the needs of 9 adorable puppies, their beautiful, smart mama & 3 handsome resident boyz.  I've been blessed with the opportunity to watch these puppies grow from the day they were born.

Actually, 1 1/2 hour is puppy clean up and snuggles.  The other 1/2 hour is encouraging Journey back in the house.  Over 6 weeks Journey is finally starting to trust me.  She is still scared and on constant guard, but if I move really slow and keep the boyz with me in the kitchen, she will come inside for a treat and then I can close the back door and leave.

Each day is a joyful experience.  At 4 weeks they are on the move;  always watch where you step; don't wear sandals or lace shoes, plan ahead with paper and terry towels, water, food, toys, step gently, have an escape plan, and watch them carefully.

Tripp here again.   So, you can see that Mari has a wonderful time when she comes to visit.   I will miss her when I get adopted and go to live with my new family.
