Zoey is a 15 month old female that has been turned in due to a divorce. She is very small for a golden, has been spayed, is heartworm negative, and is up to date on all her shots. Zoey gets along well with children. She was very fearful coming into RAGOM, but she is now meeting new situations with curiosity instead of fear. She has been an outside dog and had never been on a leash prior to coming into RAGOM.

Our beloved Zoey lost her battle with cancer this February, after having been diagnosed only 3 weeks prior. In this short time, we had tried every available option, but in the end, the cancer was too much for her body to bear.

Our princess’ pre-adoption days were not filled with many happy times, but once RAGOM brought us together, she slowly learned to trust that she would never have to live in fear again. Since that day, her life was filled with lots of love, nice long walks, and of course lots of treats allowing her true golden colors to shine. She loved to play in the snow, McDonald's french fries, and her favorite thing of all - people.

She was a great dog who brought a lot of love and happiness to us. Her passing has left a hole in our lives, and we will miss her dearly.
