Zuzu 05-346

Profile

10/30/05: Zuzu is a 14 week old female that RAGOM rescued from a breeder who was getting rid of his stock because he couldn't afford to heat the building they were in. Zuzu and her brother Winston arrived on late Friday night, scared and dirty. They promptly got a much needed bath and were sent to bed.

Zuzu is up to date on shots and has an appointment for a vet check on Monday. She gets along well with resident dogs, cats, and people. She was a little shy at first, but has fully come out of her shell. She is a lot more independent and outgoing than Winston. She hasn't ever slept in a house before and is adjusting well. She is working on housetraining and only has accidents when we are away for long periods of time. Other than that, she holds it well until we can get her outside.

Zuzu must have never eaten out of a dog bowl in her previous life because she is afraid to put her head in it and still prefers to eat and drink off a shallow plate instead. When we got her, she was very thin and about half the size of her brother Winston. But two days in our house, she is starting to put on weight like the rest of us.

After all she has been through in her short little life, she is still a wonderful, loving and cuddly puppy. She would make a great addition to your home.

We will write more after the vet appointment.
