Welcome Denali to the RAGOM family! Denali is one of 7 puppies from Hannah 13-349 that came in from a breeder who loved his dogs. Denali was born October 5, 2013, so is 5 weeks old now. He is a very healthy, active puppy learning all about life. Denali went to the vet and has been wormed. He will get his first set of shots at 6 weeks and be neutered at 8 weeks.

Denali is our little explorer! He is the pup that always wants to go outside. He has escaped the puppy pen more than once. This morning, I heard crinkling and when I went to check, he was outside the pen and had his head in the puppy chow bag! You gotta love a curious puppy!

Denali will be ready for adoption around the first week in December. He can entertain potential families at any time.

Please remember as you look at his adorable pictures:

  • Puppies are a LOT of work in their first year!
  • Puppies have a small, immature bladder and cannot go a full work day without being let out. You will need to make arrangements for someone to come in midday until he is about 6 months old.
  • Puppies NEED obedience, socialization and manners training! RAGOM gets many unmannered and undersocialized dogs surrendered due to the simple lack of training and socialization when the puppy was young. This is a crucial time for puppies to learn about so many things!

How can you not love an adventurous, fun loving boy?? I have tried hard to not pin their personailites at this tender age of 5+ weeks. It is difficult with Denali because he is the boy that found a gap in the fence, a gap under the deck, and runs at life with all his energy. That is NOT to say that he isn't loving or sweet. He totally sacks out after his adventures and snuggles with the best of them. If you want a companion for your own active life, Denali is your boy! He will be right beside you for every new adventure.
